1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in tutoring sessions with TR Tutoring Solutions, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract. Scheduling and/or continued participation in our tutoring services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Provided
TR Tutoring Solutions provides personalized tutoring sessions, both online and in-person, designed to support academic growth through individualized instruction, guided practice, and ongoing feedback. Instructional plans are customized to meet each student’s learning goals.

3. Scheduling and Attendance
Sessions are scheduled in advance based on tutor availability and student needs.

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid a full session charge.

• Late Cancellations: Less than 4 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee (except for verified emergencies or illness).

• Tutor Cancellations: While we make every effort to avoid cancellations, occasionally circumstances may require us to cancel a session. In such cases, there is no charge for the cancelled session. If the session was prepaid, the credit will remain on the student’s account for future use. We try to offer makeups when possible, but they are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability.

• Frequent Cancellations/No-Shows: Three or more within a one-month period may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

• Late Pickups: For in-person sessions, a $1 per minute late fee applies after a 5-minute grace period beyond the scheduled session end time.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for regular sessions is due by the end of each tutoring day unless prepaid.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or ClassWallet.

• Notifications will be sent for unpaid balances. Balances must be settled within 5 days of the reminder notice.

• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.

5. Bundle Packages
TR Tutoring Solutions offers optional bundle packages for current students who have scheduled sessions three or more times a week who wish to pay in advance for multiple sessions.

Bundle Package Terms:

• Bundles are nonrefundable.

• Bundles cannot be applied toward sessions already completed.

• All bundles must be paid in advance and used for future sessions only.

• Bundles are available for current students on a regular weekly schedule of three or more sessions per week and/or during stated promotional months.

• Sessions purchased through bundles are not refundable once purchased.

• Our standard cancellation policy still applies to all bundle sessions.

• When submitting payment, please note the bundle package name being purchased.

6. Refunds and Credits

• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

• Advance or prepaid balances will be applied to future sessions as scheduled and based on the client’s good standing. This is at the discretion of TR Tutoring Solutions.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 4 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.

7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to engage fully, demonstrate respect, and complete any assigned work.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund. This is at the discretion of TR Tutoring Solutions.

8. Parent/Guardian Involvement
We encourage open communication between tutors, parents/guardians, and—if applicable—classroom teachers to support consistent academic progress.
For students under 18, parent or guardian consent is required for participation.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy
TR Tutoring Solutions values the privacy of our students and families. All personal and academic information will remain confidential and used solely for educational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
TR Tutoring Solutions is committed to providing a safe learning environment. By enrolling in tutoring services, families acknowledge and accept the following:

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in in-person or online sessions carries inherent risks.

• Release of Liability: TR Tutoring Solutions, including its owners, tutors, staff, and household members, will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of tutoring sessions.

• Indemnification: Parents/guardians agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TR Tutoring Solutions, its owners, tutors, and staff from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in tutoring services.

• Limitation of Damages: TR Tutoring Solutions assumes no financial liability or responsibility for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind. In all circumstances, TR Tutoring Solutions’ maximum liability shall be zero dollars ($0.00).

12. Modification of Terms
TR Tutoring Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this agreement. Any changes will be posted on our website. Scheduling and/or continued participation in tutoring services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Agreement and Consent to Terms
By scheduling or attending tutoring sessions with TR Tutoring Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

No physical or digital signature is required for this contract to take effect. Scheduling a session, submitting payment, or allowing a student to participate in tutoring services constitutes full consent to and acceptance of these terms.

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your participation in TR Tutoring Solutions’ services and automatically applies to all future sessions, renewals, or package purchases unless revised in writing by TR Tutoring Solutions.
