• Anticipated Maternity Leave Plan:

  • March 6, 2026: Scheduled Delivery Day (subject to change)

  • March 6-22, 2026 (Weeks 1-2): Full maternity leave for both teachers. No ELA or math sessions.

    • Note: Hector may be able to open his math sessions up earlier during the second week. This will depend on recovery and adjustment, but if he is able to open again earlier, families will be contacted. 

  • March 23 - April 4, 2026 (Weeks 3-4): Hector’s math sessions are anticipated to resume on their regular schedule. Afternoon and evening math sessions may be held virtually during this time, but this will be communicated the week before.

    • Note: Kaitlin may be able to open up some ELA sessions throughout these weeks. Families will be contacted if this is an option.​

  • April 5, 2026 CLOSED (Easter)

  • April 6-12, 2026 (Week 5): All weekday morning and weekend ELA sessions are anticipated to reopen. All math sessions are anticipated to resume in their normal format. 

  • April 13 (Week 6): All remaining ELA sessions are anticipated to resume as scheduled. ​

  • Temporary ELA → Math Option: During weeks 3–5 of Kaitlin's ELA leave, families will have the option to switch their child’s scheduled ELA sessions to math sessions with Hector if desired.
