Pricing: $28 per session

FAQ: Why 30-minute sessions? Other tutoring centers and tutors recommend 60 minutes or more. Isn’t 30 minutes too short?

Effective learning isn't measured by the length of a lesson—it's measured by the quality of the instruction. For most students, shorter, focused lessons provide greater academic gains than longer sessions because they maximize attention, retention, and meaningful practice. For most teaching and tutoring needs, 30 minutes is the key to our students' success.

Research in cognitive science consistently shows that students experience peak focus in concentrated learning bursts of approximately 20–30 minutes. After that point, attention declines, retention decreases, and productivity drops.

We would rather deliver 30 minutes of fully engaged, targeted, high-impact instruction than stretch into 60 minutes where focus fades and time becomes less effective.

Reading and math require intense mental stamina for all learners. Our 30 minute sessions of focused cognitive effort is not only significant, but it's critical to effective acceleration. Pushing beyond their natural focus window often leads to frustration, fatigue, and diminished returns.

We do not spend 15–20 minutes on unrelated games or busy work to extend a session. You are not paying for us to fill time. You are paying for expert teaching — delivered efficiently and effectively.

There is also an important psychological component. We intentionally structure sessions so students leave feeling successful. Ending on a strong, confident note creates a positive association between tutoring and achievement. That positive association builds confidence — and confidence accelerates learning.

This balance of cognitive science, instructional efficiency, and educational psychology is a major reason our students grow quickly.

Discounted Tutoring Packages

Discounted tutoring packages are available to families who have scheduled 3 or more 30 minute slots weekly throughout the school year and/or summer.

16 sessions: $432 ($27 per session)

20 sessions: $520 ($26 per session)

24 sessions: $600 ($25 per session)

Discounted Tutoring Packages Disclaimers:

Discounted packages are available to students who have scheduled sessions three or more times a week and/or during stated promotional months.
Discounted package purchases are nonrefundable.
Discounted packages cannot be applied toward sessions that have already been completed. All bundles must be paid in advance and are intended for future sessions only.
Our standard cancellation policy still applies to all discounted packages purchases.
