2026-2027 School Year Interest Form

Our School Year 2026–2027 Tutoring Interest Form is officially live, and we are excited to announce that for the upcoming school year, TR Tutoring Solutions will be offering ELA and Math tutoring sessions during morning, afternoon, and evening hours!

📅While our final schedule will not be confirmed until early July, we anticipate offering sessions during the following time blocks:

Anticipated Weekly Availability:

Monday – Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Friday
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Sunday
• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (based on family interest and demand)

We also anticipate having at least two weekdays where ELA and Math sessions can be run simultaneously and/or back-to-back, which will allow families who utilize us for both subjects to schedule more conveniently.

Additionally, we are planning to double up select weekday time slots (especially during the 3:00–5:00 PM window) where one tutor may be working in person while the other is working virtually, allowing us to open additional session availability and transition more families from the waitlist into consistent weekly slots.

✅ How to Be Considered for School Year Scheduling

At this time, families who are interested in school-year tutoring should:

Complete the School Year Interest Form, and
Sign the digital tutoring contract

Both steps are required to be considered for scheduling once we begin building the fall calendar.

🎯 Scheduling Priority Considerations

When beginning school-year scheduling, we take several factors into account when determining the order in which families are contacted and placed into available time slots. These include, but are not limited to:

Long-standing clients
Clients with consistent on-time payment and limited cancellations
Clients who have multiple weekly sessions
Past school-year clients
Recurring summer clients
Current waitlisted families
Past clients
New clients

These considerations help us schedule in a way that is fair, sustainable, and best supports the families who have consistently worked with us, while still allowing opportunities for new students as availability permits. While both of us will be dedicated full-time to tutoring, our slots do fill quickly, and we do anticipate maintaining a waitlist for certain days and times.

📅 Scheduling Timeline

We will begin reaching out to families individually starting the week of July 6 to confirm schedules and place students into available time slots based on submitted interest forms and priority status.

Submitting the interest form and contract does not guarantee placement. Families are encouraged to submit forms as early as possible to maximize scheduling options. School year session will begin August 10, 2026 and end May 28, 2027.
