2026-2027 School Year Interest Form

Our School Year 2026–2027 Tutoring Interest Form is officially live, and we are excited to announce that for the upcoming school year, TR Tutoring Solutions will be offering ELA and Math tutoring sessions during morning, afternoon, and evening hours!

Anticipated Weekly Tutoring Schedule & Subject Availability:
While our final schedule will not be confirmed until early July, we anticipate offering sessions during the following days and time blocks. Subject availability is listed below to help families plan for ELA, Math, or combined scheduling needs.

Note on Simultaneous Scheduling:

During certain time blocks, both ELA and Math sessions may run at the same time with different tutors. This allows families scheduling both subjects (or siblings in different subjects) to book back-to-back or concurrent sessions more conveniently.

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: ELA & Math (simultaneous availability)

• 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Math sessions

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Math sessions

• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: ELA & Math (simultaneous availability)

• 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM: ELA sessions

Wednesday

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: ELA & Math (simultaneous availability)

• 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Math sessions

Thursday

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: ELA sessions

• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: ELA & Math (simultaneous availability)

• 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Math sessions

Friday

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: ELA & Math (simultaneous availability)

• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM: ELA sessions

Saturday

• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM: ELA sessions

• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Math sessions (based on family interest and demand)

Additional Availability:

Limited availability between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM may be possible upon request, depending on tutor schedules and demand. 

 

How to Be Considered for School Year Scheduling:

At this time, families who are interested in school-year tutoring should:

1. Complete this School Year Interest Form, and

2. Sign the digital tutoring contract

Both steps are required to be considered for scheduling once we begin building the fall calendar.

Scheduling Priority Considerations:

When beginning school-year scheduling, we take several factors into account when determining the order in which families are contacted and placed into available time slots. These include, but are not limited to: long-standing clients, clients with consistent on-time payment and limited cancellations, clients who have multiple weekly sessions, past school-year clients, recurring summer clients, current waitlisted families, past clients, new clients. 

 

These considerations help us schedule in a way that is fair, sustainable, and best supports the families who have consistently worked with us, while still allowing opportunities for new students as availability permits. While both of us will be dedicated full-time to tutoring, our slots do fill quickly, and we do anticipate maintaining a waitlist for certain days and times.

Scheduling Timeline:

We will begin reaching out to families individually starting the week of July 6 to confirm schedules and place students into available time slots based on submitted interest forms and priority status. 

 

Submitting the interest form and contract does not guarantee placement. Families are encouraged to submit forms as early as possible to maximize scheduling options.

 

School year session will begin August 10, 2026 and end May 28, 2027.
