Summer 2026 Tutoring

Our Summer 2026 Tutoring Interest Form is now live. Families who are interested in summer tutoring must complete this interest form and contract form to be considered for summer scheduling. We anticipate offering approximately 116 weekly tutoring slots throughout the summer; however, spots fill quickly and are not guaranteed.

Anticipated Weekly Summer Schedule:

While exact availability may vary slightly, we anticipate the following instructional blocks:

 

Mondays & Tuesdays

Math: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

ELA (Reading & Writing): 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wednesdays & Thursdays

ELA (Reading & Writing): 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Math: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Fridays

Math & ELA: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

​

-This day is ideal for siblings who receive both math and ELA tutoring and would like instruction scheduled within the same time block (for example, one sibling receives math while the other receives ELA, then they switch). Fridays are also well-suited for virtual sessions, as one tutor may conduct a virtual session while the other provides in-person instruction.

 

Important Scheduling Notes:

-We are unable to offer split-subject sessions Mondays-Thursdays (for example, 30 minutes of ELA and 30 minutes of math within a single 60-minute session).

-If families would like tutoring in both math and ELA, they must schedule separate sessions during the designated subject blocks listed above.

-Summer scheduling is handled on a week-to-week basis, and session days and times may vary depending on availability and family needs. Some families choose to schedule different days and times each week. Please view the summer weekly availability list document on our website to see what slots are still available.

-Because schedules are flexible, it is extremely helpful for families to provide any known vacation weeks or unavailable dates in advance to support efficient scheduling.
 

Summer Placement Priority:

Summer scheduling is prioritized based on several factors including:

-Client longevity and good standing (on-time payments and limited cancellations)

-Students attending multiple sessions per week

-Current school-year clients

-Waitlisted students

-Previous summer students

-New students (as space allows)
 

Contracts & Scheduling Timeline:

All required contracts must be signed before a student can be placed on the summer schedule. Completing the interest form does not guarantee a tutoring spot.

We will begin summer scheduling on April 20, at which time families who have completed the interest form and signed the online contract will be contacted individually to finalize weekly schedules.

​

Families are strongly encouraged to complete the interest form as soon as possible if they wish to be considered for summer tutoring, as availability is limited and fills quickly. Summer session starts June 1 and ends July 31. August 3-7 is a flex week where families can sign up for tutoring as needed before our school year session start on August 10.
